  • The product is returned in its original condition.
  • The item has not been intentionally damaged after delivery.
  • Original packaging is included whenever possible.

2. Personalized Product Policy

Because many products are custom-made, minor variations in color, positioning, or cropping may occur and are considered normal production characteristics.

Personalized items remain eligible for refunds if:

  • Incorrect customization was produced.
  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The item received differs from the approved order details.

3. Free Return Shipping

Wallflora provides free return shipping worldwide.

Customers must contact our support team before returning any item.

4. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Inspection period: 1–2 business days.
  • Refund approval: 3–5 business days.
  • Funds returned to original payment method.

5. Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographs for verification.

Replacement or full refund solutions will be provided at no additional cost.
